That's okay.
You know, and if there's something true in the novel, I think that's also a good thing.
Well, I think, um, truthfully it had like, what happened has had such a huge impact on me.
Um, I mean, how could it not?
It like took my confidence and I'm still working on rebuilding that.
Like I'm not there yet.
I'm just not, but I'm, I'm working on it and I am seeing like little changes, like
who I am doing this interview with you now is even so different to who I am doing my first interview two or three weeks ago and I know it's only two or three weeks but like I find myself kind of going I can do this interview and instead of sitting out in the car outside your house like ah I was like okay this is gonna be fun you know this is gonna be nice like I'm really looking forward to it like
If you told me that three weeks ago, I wouldn't believe you.
So actually it's giving me something back too.
And also when I listen to kind of your podcast and other people's podcasts and I hear people's real life stories, it really reminds you like, everyone, we've all got our stuff, you know?
100%.
And the world we live in on social media would almost trick you into believing that other people live more perfect lives than you.
We are all going through it.
So I love to hear other people's stories.
So I'm like, you know what?
I'm going to share mine.
situation with your friend you know it's so powerful and did you know actually that is if you can succeed at doing that in a novel like that's it it's getting people when you read a book that's the whole point I think of fiction and and reading and connecting with characters is that moment of oh you too yeah you as well oh because I think that totally and as a reader there is nothing like that feeling when you're reading and you have that moment yourself saying yeah
Totally.
And it is, it's the feeling scene, like actually not in the way that I'm scared of, but in the way that you connect to somebody else.
