Women with polycystic ovarian syndrome, much higher risk of, many of them much higher risk of diabetes later in life, higher risk of cardiovascular complications.

So understanding these things earlier on will also pay off long-term for women.

So, you know, I'm not an expert at all in medical treatment for weight loss.

My colleagues who are tell me these are great medications and for the right person are a fantastic drug.

And so I just have to trust my colleagues who have done that research.

You know, I would say that we do know that that excess weight makes many aspects of PCOS worse for women.

It is not a cause.

absolutely not a cause, but it can be an exacerbating factor.

And so helping women with that can absolutely improve ovulation.

And so we're going to definitely see, you know, I'm glad to see that for people who desire to be pregnant, that they're getting that outcome.

And for people who don't desire to be pregnant, I hope that their doctor's talking to them also about, you know, highly reliable contraception so that, you know, we're seeing the people who want to get pregnant, get pregnant and the people that are not, are not.

So, yeah, so I know very little about the medication, so I just like to defer to the experts there.

Yeah.

So first of all, I like to be really clear.

You can get bad care in the office and you can get preyed on in the office and you get good care in the office.

And that same thing can happen online, right?

So we have people that are, you know, putting in hormone pellets and people that are doing all kinds of procedures that are, you know, not supported by the evidence in the office, right?

And then there's people who are prescribing with the menopause society guidelines.

And so we have that disparity.

And I think that we see that same thing with telemedicine.
