Oh, yeah.
What is the actual data on saffron for an antidepressant?
Because to me, the only thing that I've ever had work for me in terms of when I got sad or anxious or whatever, I moved.
I went for a walk.
I changed my environment.
Yeah, it's huge.
To me, that's the number one antidepressant.
