Now, can I just say that it is indeed true that women make up forty percent?

So there are nine of the GA's nineteen person management committee are women, but every one of the big jobs is held by a man.

But so d the GA president is Jarleth Burns, the Director General is Tom Ryan, Vincent Neary is a conict president, the Ulster president is a man called Michael Gagan.

So you get the picture the Munster chairman, the Leinster chairman, they're all men.

So yes, there are nine women, and I'm sure they're fantastic and amazing.

But what Jarleth Burns himself

said was having the forty percent gender quota has transformed that committee.

So he's sort of suggesting I don't know, to me that sounds a bit like we wouldn't have had forty percent of the committee, would not be women if it wasn't for a gender quota that was imposed upon us.

But thank God it was, isn't it great?

It's a little bit like, you know, Pat in the head running along there women.

So um so I don't think that Mary McAlise is necessarily being unfair when she says that they're not that happy about including women in the decision making at the top level of Gaelic sports.

They are extremely unhappy with that.

Now the delays to integration are about they're more complex.

It's not just about some of them are reluctant to kind of money is huge.
