I think that's the hardest thing as a young lad, to be that guy that wants to get the ball, be confident, have no fear.
Marcus has that.
You can see there as well, he's got a good attitude.
attitude and he's willing to work which is which is always uh really good for the forwards to have um but yeah i think obviously with the chance it could have been an amazing evening for him at the end and yeah and knowing knowing how good he is at finishing he usually talks that away
um but uh he took that much later than i thought he would uh and i thought he maybe missed the chance but he controls it really well in the end um but i think obviously shorey's ball there was brilliant and obviously i really hope he's all right on the chance we'll come to luke show in a minute on the chance that it's saved
conceded equalizer yeah we'd definitely be disappointed about that it's always you know the clue showing you go one nil up you've got to stay in the game and stay focused and um obviously they've taken a quick free kick there and got the game moving and we hope everyone gets back in shape and would see this out if you can see it past five ten minutes after you score and you stay in the game um you know it helps the momentum massively
There's probably a good few areas where maybe we could have done stuff a bit sharper, but it's hard to sit here and say exactly where that's one for Cara to do.
But no, we would have been disappointed for sure to go behind after the good start, definitely.
And where are you normally in this defensive situation?
As far away from defending as possible.
Up the pitch.
Up the pitch.
Yeah, that's, you know, defending from set players isn't my strongest forte.
That's where you're told.
Did you feel they deserved it ultimately, Jermaine?
Yeah, I think so.
I think, obviously, in the first half, it was interesting what Troy said about how they tried to, I suppose, play like Tottenham, tried to play pass.
Second half was completely different, you know, got in their faces, a little bit more direct.
I thought it was fantastic, Troy, today.
You know, that typical old-school number nine performance.
