Having a framework or an objective I think is just so primary and whenever I meet with an investor for the first time,
I'm always probing to find out, so why have you not bought before?
And honestly, in one version or another, it's always a lack of framework.
Generally, an investor will shoot straight out there and think, I want this type of physical property, not actually think about, yeah, what's the outcome?
What's the actual primary objective you want out of it?
They might say, I'm looking in Hamilton.
I've looked at a unit, a block of units, a granny flat, a home and income, and a standalone house.
