You know, if that works for you to buy low and then wait for that recovery, it is historically the best cash flowing place in the country.
If you want more of a balance towards capital growth coming with that, then sort of wider Christchurch, Shelbourne District, heading out towards Ashburton and Timaru, absolutely thriving.
That Christchurch down to Dunedin band has some fantastic deals.
And I think we underestimate the demand in a lot of these smaller interconnected places.
But as the population are all leaving Auckland, that's where they're going.
They're going for the lifestyle.
