When I'm in the office, I'm often skipping it or not having anything or I might fast or maybe I just have a coffee.
And so when there's all these inconsistencies,
Energy and performance are an output.
And so what you want is consistent inputs into that equation.
And so food is a big one.
I think if you're over committed, definitely, like there's an element of that.
But if we look at what is easier to do, is it easier to stop doing something or start doing something?
And if we're thinking about things that we're doing that we might want to stop, what is the cause of that?
And so if we're, you know, Uber Eats' best customer, which isn't great for our finances, well, that's probably because you're tired, you're stretched.
But also if we look at the thing that drives that, it's your energy.
So if we can anchor at the start of the day, that will really drive that.
Look, I think if we're overcommitted and we're doing things and we're saying yes to things that we don't want to 100%, we need to – connection is another rhythm in the book and that is about being connected to your values, your purpose and your people.
And so if you're in a really busy season of life –
be clear on what matters, operate in that way, and that will also drive performance.
But yeah, so I guess there's an element of what you can say no to, but what's the cause of it happening in the first place?
a lot of the heavy lifting.
Yeah.
Because what's happening at the moment is, I mean, I guess I'm talking about rhythm.
There's so much more.
There's obviously what you're having, the timing, like the breakdown.
