One is something called periodization, which is basically like they're not at 100% all day, every day.
There's higher days and lower days.
So, you know, is that something, a concept you can utilize?
Probably the thing that's going to be more available is how are you recovering?
And recovery is a huge focus.
It's, you know, it's in the subtitle because recovery for me is the missing link.
It's elite sport and the military know this is how they perform consistently for long periods of time and we haven't quite caught on.
I think there's a lot of misconceptions around recovery is lazy, recovery is the reward for hard work.
Recovery is actually the work.
And I guess, you know, like people understanding even what it is.
So these micro moments, like, you know, I guess before I even get into that,
There's a whole heap of things with recovery.
It is the saunas.
It is the health retreats or the holidays.
But more importantly, it's finding a couple of moments every single day that you downregulate.
And the best way I've seen that happen is what I call a brain break.
It's you finding intentional, stimulant-free time.
It's that lap around the block before you get your coffee.
It's 10 minutes in the afternoon outside with your feet on the grass, having a herbal tea and a snack.
It's doing one to two minutes of breath work in between back-to-back meetings or podcasts.
