Well, thank you so much for being here today and love to talk to you about your story.

What's your story with smoking?

Well I'm glad you found something that worked and it seems like a really natural, easy evolution.

I hope.

That's that's interesting.

Because I I went cold turkey.

I had trouble with moderation and so I it wasn't the right fit for me.

And it took me a lot of times with cold turkey, but I'm always impressed by people that wean.

It just sounds like so much easier with that withdrawal process too, and all the emotional stuff and the associations and all that.

I love that you didn't count days 'cause I also did not count days and I found that to be

very, very helpful.

It created so much anxiety within me.

I don't

Yeah, it's just nice to embrace the new life.

It's like this this is the rest of my life, I don't need to count.
