But to say I was skeptical is like...

I was incredibly skeptical.

I was borderline thinking that he was pranking me.

But I'm tapping.

And I start to feel my body settle.

And I start to feel my mind quieting.

And I get this thought.

And I just look at my brother.

And I go, I don't want to get better.

And he goes, what do you mean you don't want to get better?

And I go, I've never thought of this before, but...

If I'm not working or trying, I feel like I'm drowning in guilt.

And so the only way to take a break is to be sick.

And it wasn't that I went out looking for a virus to get me sick, but your body listens.

And if you believe that the only way to take a break is to be sick, you will create that in your life as a way of trying to take care of yourself.

And so I shifted my tapping from focusing on how physically sick I felt to talking about how emotionally lost I felt.
