And it was almost like if you've been carrying a really heavy backpack for a long time and you take it off, you almost realize you forgot what it felt like to not carry a backpack.

And I had this great breakthrough.

And I will be honest with you, Jonathan, I just went on with my life because that's what we do sometimes.

We find something, we feel good, we feel better, and then we just like forget and we just go on.

And it was months later that I was going through a breakup.

I was in my early 20s.

I had just moved back in with my parents, and I didn't want them to hear me crying.

And I was thinking, like, okay, how do I stop sobbing?

And I was like, what is, oh, what's that thing that Nick taught me?

Okay, I think it's the eyebrow and the side of the eye.

I definitely didn't get all the points, but I did it.

And again, I felt this peace, this comfort.

And that's when I went to my brother and we started chatting and we were, we should make a documentary film about this.

And that's really what started this journey for us.

Yeah, I think it was 20.

We started, the film came out about 20 years ago.

So it was, yeah, a little after that.

Oh, it took years because we started behind the camera.
