And others are like, mm, it's not resonating with me.

And and lately because my audience has grown so much, I found myself in this

In this camp of people saying, Come on.

Yeah.

This doesn't work.

Yeah.

And I moved out of my very warm bosom of people who believe this and don't even question it when I say you're stepping into the the gentle loving of the energy of the universe when you go into your theta state, into gamma, and then all of a sudden the quantum opens and you are in pure potential and pure love.

And other people are like, What does that mean?

And so what I want to say to them and to others is that

you will find out when you emotionally regulate, and then get into a calm state of hyper focus through

Hypnosis, transcendental meditation, meditation, when you feel this release of emotion, I would get into it and I would just find myself weeping.

I would just be crying.

I was like, what is that?

And it's like, oh, I released my human suffering for a second.

And it wasn't that so beautiful and so blissful and so heart opening.

And then when I come back and open my eyes after that exploration of the unlimited inner world

I'm calmer.
