And sometimes I simplify it so much so that if I didn't hit traffic and there's a parking spot out front and I walk in on time with ease, They're like, I'm meant to be there. That's something as simple as that.

But as it gets more developed, you can start to listen to your body because your body and your subconscious mind is the first thing that's going to recognize the synchronicity because it already knows when it's in alignment. And so if you're trying to make a decision and you're kind of out here looking for the signs, like, where's my sign? Where's the crow flying? And there's an eagle at dawn.

Just to start out, anybody that is dealing with an undiagnosed illness, I feel you. Or it hasn't been diagnosed yet or you're trying to figure it out, I feel you. And the first thing that really comes up is fear and uncertainty. All we want to be is certain in life. We have the subconscious knowledge. We're going to die and we don't know when. So it's already fear.
