And with that calmness, now I'm more present with my people.

And they can feel the calmness.

So I found myself speaking lately on two levels, this very human level of and then this very spiritual level of when you're ready to go deeper and look at what potentially could be happening, that you are the I am that I am, it's w it's there for you.

That's right.

I worked with a woman recently.

Um, we did some deep work for about a month.

And she was a little bit of a skeptic, but we got we got there.

Uh and and we got there because one day her girlfriend came over to our house and she kept saying, Did you did you get a facelift?

What did you do?

Did you change your hair?

She's like, No.

I didn't do anything.

And she calls me, writes me this text message that I keep on my phone front and center.

You know

my girlfriend couldn't get over how beautiful I looked.

And I said,

That's this work.
