And when we do realize that, sometimes things just change miraculously on their own.
And so that's the first step release.
And through the book and the app that I have, we go through the actual process of it.
And we have this childlike mind.
So any slight could be determined as something really big.
Right?
Because we don't know differently.
And we carry these wounds, the childhood wounds.
I have the guilt wound, for example, because um when I was yelled at or when my parents were fighting, I thought it was my fault.
And we carry it forward, but those aren't true any longer.
There are stories that we created so that we could live in this framework of life as a soul, having a human experience.
It's what we built.
Mm-hmm.
And it served us for a while.
Everything that we have, I believe, is for protection.
Can we release it, step into something new, upgrade our operating system with the awareness of what it is and then the awareness of what we truly need.
Yeah.
Because there's three things that we truly need safety, acceptance, and love.
From everyone, every person.
I don't I work with a lot of successful people and it's like it doesn't matter.
