Yeah.
And so how finding it is the process that that this creates.
The second step is to understand the new frame that you want.
I often ask people, what do you want?
And like I want to be happy.
Okay, that's really good.
We all want to be happy, but that is an emotion and just like fear, we can't be happy all the time.
So what do you want?
And so it becomes really hard sometimes to be very specific about what we want in life.
And when we start to realize other things that come up, perhaps we can't say what we want because we feel as though we're not good enough, or I want to be a coach or a leader or a spiritual leader.
And then something says, Who are you?
To be the leader.
Who are you to step into the light and to shed light?
Uh and instead we'd start to say, I don't know.
I don't know what I want.
So aligning is the first step is determine what you want, really want, without fear, without thinking what other people want for you, without thinking what you should have, but what do you really want?
And and start to get really clear on that vision.
Yes.
So when you start to align with what you want, you can start to feel it.
