You know, and I think that one of the challenges I face, and I'll give you a little story here, but when dashboards look the absolute healthiest, that's right before deadlines get blown.
And so I was working in a situation we had 19,000 merchants, five million customers, 500 sales reps.
We're going through a major, major enterprise overhaul on the system.
And I this is this is a project where I actually had to hop on a fly a plane and go to different countries working with developers around the world.
And the dysfunction is a startup that grew to a multi-billion dollar company, but it was so problematic in that we had one group like Teams and another group like Slack, and one person kept everything on Excel and one person were mandatory.
Or you have to use Rike.
And another one's like, no, everything needs to be in JIRA, and it has to be in Confluence, and this is where it is, and this is this team, and it needs to be on this.
It was so confusing.
So confusing.
And the other problem was that data wasn't updated.
So we would look at this project management every week and we'd say, okay, green, green, green, green, green, green, green, green, green, green, green, green.
And then all
All of a sudden one of the people on the team, a guy actually working for IBM
Our outside consultant, he put one from green to red.
And we said, what happened to yellow?
Why didn't it go to yellow?
Oh, I didn't know this information.
So, well, we're delivering on that.
That that has to be done next week, or the whole thing falls apart.
And he goes, Oh no, we're we're two, three months away on that.
