People don't trust you're you're going to be a good team player in that.

And I think that's really good.

I think those eight pillars that you mentioned, when I look at them, one of the things I look at is I say, okay, I'm pretty good here from my own self-perception.

I would wonder, these are the ones I think I'm really good at.

But if I turn that table around and said, Where do you think I'm I'm good?

I would bet dollars to donuts that somebody else

would say, Jim, I think you're really good in these areas, but these are the areas that you really need to work on and develop.

I like that.

Now, is there on those trust pillars it in society today, what's the you know, clarity's one that you mentioned, is there another one you can think of that that's one that we really need to work on as a as a culture in a society today that is really may maybe it was better in the past and and now it's kind of fallen?

I think politically in the trust there it's not there because one of the challenges is is my identity is starting to become part of the tribe that I'm in.

And I'm in this tribe and I have my identity to the tribe.

If my identity is threatened, I become this identity and I don't want to lose my identity, and I'm afraid of losing my identity.

Unfortunately, that was never your identity.

You're only convinced that that's part of your identity.

And so what we're trying to do is always find things that are reinforcing my identity.

And if it doesn't reinforce my identity,

I don't trust it.

And that can be a challenge in that we're getting a little bit delusional in in how we see things and how we view things.

And so I think that's that's very interesting.

But trust killers that are out there, if you go through those eight pillars, any one of those I think and the thing that I love about these eight pillars is you bring clarity to those different situations.
