And that helps me

become a better communicator.

It helps me become more vulnerable.

It helps me become more understanding for another person.

And those are character areas that that I'm constantly working on because I want to have more connection with people.

I I find fulfillment in connection.

I love it when somebody has a different viewpoint than me and they're like, hey, well what do you think?

I said, who cares?

what I would think.

Let's get into what you want to think.

Whether it's political or religious or uh ideology, any any type of things.

I really want to understand where they're going from.

And I think if more people did that, they would build trust.

And they they don't have to believe the way I believe.

But when they know I'm for 'em, I'm interested in how they see the world, they're interested in how I think about how they got to that point.

I think there's there's more connection there.

What's something leaders do because they think it builds trust?

That's that's really good.

I I think one of the things that I do that deters my trust and this this came from uh grew up was a dyslexic and I would struggle to read in in the third grade and the second grade and and basically your classmates, you know, thought you were stupid.

Your teachers thought you were stupid because you would mix up words.
