I agree.
It's very, very hard.
There's a lot of people out there that think, get the right CEO, put the right CFO, get the right COO, put the right CMO, the right CTO, and this business will just run.
But then what about the blue-collar guys that didn't pass 10th grade, that weren't raised with a mom?
You still need to be a great recruiting operation.
Al, back in the day, said, you've got to create your own people.
You can't just go get somebody else's hand-me-downs, as far as technicians and installers.
And by the way, the great guys, they're prima donnas.
And you got to have some type of – if they don't lie, cheat, or steal, and they don't roll their eyes in meetings, and they come to training –
You got to figure out a way to keep those guys.
Because you lose a few of those guys, all of a sudden you'll have what Ishmael did.
He went and built a company that he sold for over $100 million because he got four or five of the top guys from service champions.
Which, by the way, Leland was fine with it.
Ishmael went and did it.
That's fine.
But I'm like, you know, I wouldn't have lost a guy because...
