You know, that idea that you can edit almost anything in Wikipedia is, like, that's... We just are saying, I trust you.
In fact, on my user page in Wikipedia, many, many years ago, before I ever thought of writing a book about trust, I wrote...

Now, that page is often semi-protected because people come and misbehave, and that's just a very mild form of protection, but the idea is to say, no, actually, because we are extending the trust to you, then people do
tend to live up to that trust.
We see this all the time in retail shops.
Normally, it wouldn't be that hard to steal things, but people don't.
We find it very unpleasant if you go somewhere where it's all locked down.
Nobody enjoys going through the airports because, for various reasons,
we don't trust people to come in without guns and knives.
And that's because it's a very high risk situation.
But yeah, broadly.
And then in business, you know, I'm a big, I am a believer in this, but I'm also a campaigner for this.
