So in many cases, it is that group behavior nature of humans, like people will take cues from other people.
And if the environment you see is no matter what anybody says, you're supposed to yell at them, then that's what people do.

But if there is a view to say, look, no, this is not what we're doing here, people can go with that.
They'll be like, OK, great.
Well, that's not what we're going to do.
We're going to have a civil conversation.
And people will do that.
