That was about let's say twenty twenty eighteen, twenty nineteen.

Um and then twenty twenty rolled around and we all know what happened in twenty twenty and

world was kind of a crazy place and things were happening and changing and

Um, and I remember going home from college and just being very

alone, you know, like I I was back at my parents' house and my friends had all left.

And so it was just a very strange time.

And again, I found myself meditating a lot, just spending a lot of time with myself, by myself.

Um, and I remember just saying, you know, there's people out there that definitely that definitely need to feel better in whatever sense of the word.

And so I said I'm gonna

put a couple of meditations out into the world and just

Put them out there.

I love to create.

I've always been a creator.

And I just said, I'm just going to do this.

And if one person feels better because of what I created, then my job is done.

And so I did that.

I made five meditations.

I scripted them, printed them out, like looked up words in the thesaurus.

Like I was, you know, it was kind of old school back then, recorded them on a handheld like mini forty dollar recorder.
