And, you know, you've probably heard it again and again.

The CEO generally is the biggest bottleneck.

There's either, you know, if I look at the team, OK, you've got a team of even two.

Let's just take it down.

You've got a team of two people, VA and social media manager, let's say, because they're the ones that people generally go for first.

But you're not delegating properly.

So they actually don't have any autonomy over what they're doing or how they're going to get it done.

Because there's a belief there that if they don't do it a certain way, it won't be, you know, look a certain way or land a certain way or whatever.

You have to control that narrative.

But what essentially ends up happening is that you've got two task rabbits.

You've got two task rabbits that you go, go and do this and they go and do it and come back.

But you're still holding all of them tasks, all them outcomes, all that chaos in your head.

That's not delegation.

That team is not helping you at all.

And I can guarantee you that more than once you've thought to yourself, I might as well just do it myself.

I might as well just do this myself.

But that's not the VA's fault.

That's not the social media manager's fault.

That's your fault.
