When you're looking at a build loan, a build loan on its own is an incredibly stressful process.

There's so many different variables.

You add in another element of bridging into that, and I have done it before.

It is a very stressful process.

Even with a great broker, it can be really difficult to achieve because there's so many different variables that are moving all the time.

My personal opinion on this is it is feasible and it's something you can look at.

I would be looking at alternative ways to do this.

You don't want to be ideally buying and selling in a different market because, yeah, you could win, but you could not win.

And then it'd be super stressful.

So I like the idea of knowing exactly what you've got lined up for the next step.

People do do it.

Is it something that I would recommend on the daily?

Absolutely not.

Sometimes people's circumstances call for it.

I'll give you an example.
