I've told Bo this, but I'm like, the stuff he's doing is way more complicated than the stuff we do.

I mean, it really is.

Like, the work he's getting into is beautiful and really kind of taking the craft

to the levels that you can take it to.

And so again, we might choose to pursue that someday for our company and offer products like that.

But so far that just hasn't been the path we've chosen and the path we've been down.

Yeah, right now, so when the company was a hobby, kind of turned side hustle, where it was still out of our house.

I'm gone all day at work.

My wife was home with our two young boys.

We didn't want a man at home with her and vice versa.

We didn't think that'd be wise or best.

And so we hired a friend of ours from our church who's a mom.

And she'd literally be at our house, kind of by herself in the home workshop.

My two young boys would interrupt her every like 15 minutes.

Miss Kayla, come play with us, right?

And so, and it was awesome.

And so when it came time to grow, she's like, well, man, I have a friend who'd maybe be a good fit.

And it slowly evolved where right now our entire team is five women who are all moms.

I mean, they're so much more than mom.

They're talented, they've got degrees, they've got skills, they're gifted, and they're a mom.
