And so, you know, what happens is every Sunday,
They send us their hours for the week.
So they truly can prioritize their family and their family schedule first.
Wow.
And employee second.
And so we always work our production schedule around their schedule.
And it's been a blessing to them, a blessing to us.
And, man, you know, I trust moms more than I trust any other demographic on planet Earth.
For a multitude of reasons.
But they've got a sweet friendship, you know, both in the office, in the workshop and outside the workshop.
And really, you know, I'm trying to create a work culture that's loving and encouraging.
Right.
Again, going back to my faith, just driving so much of what I do.
It's like, man, if we're focused on the bottom line or, you know, efficiency and margin above meaningful jobs, good paying jobs and a culture that's loving and encouraging, man, I just I'm missing it as a as a business owner based on my faiths and my beliefs.
And so, yeah, those those women in the most literal sense, man, they are daily goods and they take a ton of pride in everything that they make, you know, again, with with their two hands.
Sure.
Yeah.
No, great, great question.
So about, you know, um, in general, about 95% of our business is like that bulk corporate logo, church conference, kind of the, the logo gift is a lot of what we do.
We've got a website where people can order, you know, individual things and we'll, we'll probably never stop that.
