And therefore I think there's,

there's an elevation, not that it was never there.

I would think that the building blocks were not there because we had a situation where we had very few trustees that were either professional or knowledgeable.

So you needed that support.

But I think we've moved now where the accountability and the driving should happen by the trustees.

The question is a bit twofold.

So you're asking me, is it because of the need for consolidation?

that has allowed for independent trustees and principal officers to take the driving seat?

I would think yes and no.

I think consolidation is a strategy, but we have now faced with changes in the global economy.

We've seen shifts in legislation.

We've seen more accountability that asks yourself as a trustee, what am I here to do?

As a principal officer, what am I here to do?

Because getting paid is one thing, but if you're not adding value, you won't get paid going forward.

So there is that push towards asking yourself, are you purpose-driven in your role as trustee, in your role as principal officer?

And reflection in the industry is pushing us there.

I think so.
