And where they then look for in this crossroad, are we still ensuring independence by the relevant role players?
And in an umbrella fund environment, conflicts are bound to arise.
just by the nature of the way, because you have a sponsor that set up the fund that is there for the benefit of members, you understand.
But the question is, the important question is whether those conflicts are identified up front.
Do you have the inter-party register?
Do you have your identified?
Have you disclosed it?
Is it managed?
And are you have measures in place to prevent
that relationship, you know, influencing member outcomes.
I think that is the key, you know, and some of the safeguards in my role as principal officer, even in my role as trustee, when I sit on other funds, you know, it includes for me, it's important that we disclose the fees,
clearly, you know, in terms of the relationships that we have in the documentation that we need to disclose.
Is it disclosed?
Is there robust conflict of interest policies, independent oversight of the advice and, you know, the communication models that we use?
And I want to stress that because
