As I said earlier, you know, it's about the different role players and professional industry players holding themselves accountable to that level where independence is expected.

So how are we doing that?

Do we as a board have periodic reviews of the performance of our service providers?

Or are we just renewing them annually because, you know, it's such a schlep to change them?

you know, or whatever.

But are we doing that?

And is the evidence, and the evidence is member outcomes.

I think that's the thing.

In this conflict, I feel, Manny, it's the member outcomes.

Is it ultimately our members benefiting, our members getting the best service at the best price?

You understand?

I think that's the thing.

Because the real threat is not the existence of this relationship or conflicts.

The real threat for me is the unmanaged influence, the opaque incentives and a board that doesn't challenge them.

Right.

You know, that's the thing.

And through my dissertation that I did recently when I did my MBA, I looked at what are the traits of independent trustees that, you know, what are the traits we're looking for?

And ethical leadership came across quite strong.

But like you said, it's not tangible.
