Yeah, so I think the Orioles basically emptying out their whole bullpen is pretty good news for Yannir Cano.

The Nationals, I would still expect to trade Kyle Finnegan at some point today, and they've already traded Chafin and Garcia.

So that's Jose Ferrer probably posing for them.

um diamondbacks it might be the wild west out there with all the injuries they've already had if they trade shelby miller so i guess it's still heaven people's job um and then hitters wise i know that tyler locklear who the diamondbacks just got has um changed his swing and has started hit fastballs a lot better and that's obviously a great ballpark for anyone with pop so i would expect a lot clear to get a lot of run down the stretch probably dh first base um

Pavin Smith, I think, is still a little bit of a ways away with his oblique strain.

But he'll split time with Locklear at first base and DH.

And I'll be interested to see how really all these guys with new paths to playing time on a bunch of new teams perform down the stretch and audition for being the future of their new teams when those new teams hopefully get better next year and beyond.

How are you guys?

Yeah, I'm always excited.

I think that, you know, since the playoffs expanded to twelve teams, we've definitely seen a shift in how teams are approaching it.

There's typically only been

six to nine ish teams that are true sellers.

Um, and I think there's always a handful of teams that sort of do both.

And then there's a good chunk of teams who are right in the thick of things and just want to add to their team without um obviously having to give up from their major league roster.

But I think as as it has been since the playoff expansion, it's going to be a

sellers market.
