Um, no, it look, it's been really fun to watch the Yankees side of this. Um, Blue Jays fans should absolutely be having fun with it, should absolutely be having fun with being in first place in the vision for first time in almost a decade. What we're seeing right now is much more indicative of who the Blue Jays actually are. understanding that certain performances and certain things are probably not going to sustain themselves in the long term, but this is way more indicative of who the Blue Jays actually are, in the sense that
They have one million ways in which they can beat you. And if that's a bunch of close games, so be it. But this team is it remains extremely confident in what they have going on uh in that clubhouse and the ability of every single one of those guys contributing on any given night.
Yes. And they come through with the win, they come through with the sweep. Um The point I was going to make was that uh y it is r it is really fun to poke fun at all that stuff and push back on all that stuff. I will say it's only a one game lead. It's July fourth. It's absolutely a blast. But uh if you are the Blue Jays, uh reminder to yourselves, I'm which I'm sure they they have fresh of mind that they drop two of three to the White Sox in the middle of this. You've been the best team in baseball other than maybe the Rays for the last six weeks. Except Except for the one series where uh the White Sox took two of three off of you. And I mentioned that because you've got Angels, White Sox, athletics now before the All-Star Break.
If you were gonna keep this run going, if you were gonna build up a little bit of a lead in the American League East, now's the time. You don't have a softer spot than this on your schedule.
