I thought it was very well done.

And I'd always regarded Judge Wilkinson as one of Reagan's best court of appeals appointees.

He was three years ahead of me in college.

I didn't know him well, but we go back a ways.

And I just think he's done a superb job.

And I think this opinion really sums it up.

It's almost a plea to the Trump administration not to force a constitutional crisis, which they seem

to be determined to do.

I think because they believe the immigration issue is a winning issue politically for them, but they're putting the authority of the courts in jeopardy.

And when that happens, the ramifications will go well beyond the immigration space.

I think we're kind of in one, but look, this is about- Well, look, I think the Trump administration's playing fast and loose

on a variety of fronts, not just immigration.

I think some of the executive orders are just intended to cause trouble.

I think on some, they do have a good, solid legal ground.

But I think they want to see how far they can push.

And I think it's irresponsible.

I don't think the president is getting the right kind of legal advice.

And really, that, I think, is what Judge Wilkinson was trying to say in this opinion.

Think about this before you go any further.

Because once we get into it, I don't think anybody should doubt the courts are prepared to stand their ground on this.
