Um, so I don't I don't live in it and um it's uh ultimately it's cost me about eight hundred dollars a month with a property manager um that I'm bleeding between an HOA payment and uh mortgage.

Um there's about three hundred and fifty eight left on the mortgage.
And C M A's are telling me right now that it costs about three hundred or the the value's about three hundred and thirty.
So I think it would cost down in value?

I'm not sure, but um it's it's not unique to the house.
