gives a home loan out and if it's five percent interest rate at the moment, they'll give it to you for four percent for the first year and that'll come back up again in twelve months time.
But they they give you a twelve month honeymoon break.
And I said, well why don't you just stop doing that, because every bank does it, pick that up and give it to the travel company and they'll give you a holiday for that.
And that's what we do.
So we launched it and it went absolutely nuts.
We came on T V and we said, get a home loan, get a free holiday and
For anyone listening in America, that means a free vacation.
It went nuts.
They didn't double, they tripled their home loans.
We're talking billions, not millions, billions of dollars.
They tripled their home loans in the first 18 months and it just went crazy.
People were swapping their home loan from the big banks across to this bank just to get the happy miltoy, which was the uh holiday.
And it was so successful that about two years into the campaign, the general manager of the bank said to me, What else do you think?
