So I said to these guys, look, the advertising agency typically is going to come up with branding messages.

They're going to have the local

logo on the side of buses and the back of taxis and, you know, billboards on the freeway.

But that's not going to make a significant difference very quickly to the market share for home loans.

Wh where they make the money.

Most banks make their money out of home loans, right?

And so therefore they said, Well, what do we do?

I said, Look, I've been here two or three months.

I've seen what you've got.

If you drop your interest rate, then the big banks like the Wells Fargo or Bank of America, not that we have them in Australia, but the equivalent to them in Australia, the Commonwealth Bank and Westpac, they will beat you in a heartbeat.

So therefore, if you drop your home loans from four point five percent to four point four, they'll beat you within five minutes.

So why do you want to get into the price war game?

It'd be like a little corner store taking on Kmart.

They're not gonna win, right?

And they said, Well, what do we do?

I said, Well, you're a challenger brand.

You're smaller than the big banks.

And what challenger brands do is that they challenge.

And the best example of that is Richard Branson.

When he sets up a new business and even way back when he set up the airline,
