But you know, the reason my case studies page on the institutawale.com uh will keep people on there for an hour and a half or two hours is because there's case study after case study after case study after case study.
If I was just to put one or two or three of them on,
then people could say, Oh, well he got lucky two or three times, you know, what else has he done?
But you don't get lucky when you've got a hundred case studies on there.
It shows that you must have a formula, a system that works every time and that builds your authority and credibility and that's why people knock on your door.
I think possibly they become too academic.
I mean a lot of people a lot of people who have got high IQs, excuse the language, but can bore the shit out of people.
Uh even they you know, they might be a coach or a consultant, but they really do get too academic.
And uh I believe that, you know, the vast majority of us all would uh consider ourselves to be down to earth.
And so therefore when you're pitching, whether it be a podcast
like this or whether it be a webinar or whether it be even if you're just talking one-on-one, still Conan O'Brien's personality.
When Conan O'Brien, the tonight show host in America, was asked, What do you classify your s your humor as, he said, intelligent stupidity.
And so therefore, all of his gags, or most of them, are quite intelligent, but he's self-deprecating as well.
So if you bag yourself out, then of course people will put up with the fact that you might bag what they're doing out.
You've got an awful website or you or you know your signage outside your retail shop is no as long as you've actually, if you like, criticized yourself once or twice before you do that, then they will accept it a lot more easier.
Even if you are an expert, just have a bit of fun with it, don't get too serious.
and you'll find that you'll build a following pretty quickly.
What I would do because you guys are largely dependent upon content, which is what a tonight show is.
I mean all the tonight shows from Johnny Carson through to, you know, whoever's on there now, they are very reliant on having Tom Hanks or Steven Spielberg or someone, you know, on their show all the time.
Because they wouldn't be anywhere near as successful if they were just running that hour by themselves.
