I bought every supplement.
I was on every supplement train.
I got a whole closet, a whole cabinet.
My kitchen's filled with bottles.
I take one supplement now.
I take vitamin C every day.
And I only do that because I'm just terrified of getting colds.
I hate getting colds.
And I have found, whether it's placebo or not, that by max dosing my vitamin C, I tend not to get any colds.

I resistance train.
I sleep very well.
I'm already pretty lean.
