Just to add to that thought, so I I I talked with the uh new union president about that building just the other day and I asked him why they were abandoning it.
And what he had indicated to me was that the cost of renovating it was just excessive for them.
Um I don't know if we can do it any cheaper if we have a copy of their cost estimates, but certainly something we should get.
But uh yeah, 'cause they had had it.
They were working with uh architects, there were problems with the air conditioning systems, with all kinds of things with the roofs, I I believe it leaked and uh a n number of different uh systems were not in great shape, so
