There's a lot of very serious problems in this building.

Certainly know that nobody wants anybody to move into this building if we don't think it's safe.
But I guess the question to me is why are we moving forward with construction items on a building until we know for sure that we have found a way to resolve these critical life safety concerns?
I mean when I read critical life safety concerns
I don't know any other way to interpret that other than critical life safety concerns.
And I don't know why we're moving forward with ongoing construction with a building that has critical life safety concerns until we have resolved what those are and how we're going to address them and who's gonna pay for them.
Because this is all separate and distinct now from the deflection.
I mean, we've been talking about the deflection for the better part of what, a year now, give or take, and and and now we've got this
Yeah, thank God we did this review of the rest of the structure.
I'm I'm you know, to my to my colleagues up here in the Dais, I'm glad we all agreed that we needed to take a harder and deeper look at the rest of the building because if the portion
that's experiencing the deflection was poorly designed, you know, then certainly it gives rise to the question that, well, what about the rest of the building?
And you know, thankfully we looked at it and and found all these problems.
And and it just it gives me
More and more pause every time I look at this and I wonder what else are we gonna find?
Every time we peel back a layer of this onion.
We find more defects in the design.
Again, this is not a reflection on moss and their construction.
They built what they were told to build.
This is not a moss issue.
