I've got folks that are complaining to me, I have three emails today about people speeding through uh the area up around Imperial Point, North
So I wanna make sure as as much as I appreciate the fact that noise is uh is a is a noxious behavior and uh
I also want to make sure that we keep all most of the focus for the MOTA unit on safety.
Noise is unpleasant, but when I've got kids walking in the street and we've got people speeding up and down these streets, I want I want personally more of the motor unit's attention focused on the safety of of our residents and our children, less on the quality of life and more on public safety.
So just as we as we think about how we're gonna deploy our resources, my number one overarching concern is always gonna be the children in the neighborhoods.
that uh that that unfortunately people just don't respect.
And I know we're having conversations about putting more speed bumps out there and other traffic calming devices, but you guys are the best traffic calming device there is.
Nothing slows people down more than a guy standing there with a gun in his hand, w a speed gun.
