Yeah, just to add, I agree with everything that Gordon said there.

I think in the sense that they need to identify what it is they're looking to do and then the players that can do it.

And I think some of the players that can do it aren't there.

And some of the players that, you know, what you're trying to do, they've cut their cloth and tried to be maybe a little bit more conservative is probably the wrong word, but a little bit more prescribed at times.

And they will say they give players the opportunity to play.

But we're also wedded to Jamison Gibson-Park, who's been absolutely brilliant for Ireland.

But there are times when he's allowed an off day because he doesn't have that many of them.

And when he does have an off day, it's very conspicuous how even more clunky Ireland's attack becomes because he is integral to it and he is so important.

And yet, even then, when he's not quite at his best, he still picks the passes better than anybody else.

So if you're asking how you can change things up, well, you need to have players in the system that can play.

You devise a system to max the output, if you like, from the players that you have.

And then you've got to look at sometimes you just don't have what you want and you have to be a little bit more conservative.

And when you're playing the best teams in the world and let's face it here, like France, South Africa and New Zealand are back to their best.

are currently better than Ireland.

I think there's a personnel issue here.

So the throughput of new talent, if you look at the way and the people that have come in, not necessarily with South Africa, but with France, and we've been banging this drum for two, three years.

You look at how France exposed their young players at a very young age to top 14 rugby, their physical and mental and skills development when they come through.

They're the finished product.
