Alcoholism is a disease that tells you you don't have it a lot.

So booze was more like in every part of my life and my job and my social circle and my thinking.

So that made it much harder to realize I had a problem, I think.

When I first went to a gambling meeting, I was a real outlier.

So I was the youngest person there by 20 years.

I was the only person there who had problems with like fruit machines and scratch cards.

They were quite, it was quite, it just had happened to be an old school.

I don't know whether that meeting was unusual or whether it was just that they thought, here's a young kid who we need to sort of nip this in the bud.

But I didn't do the steps.
