Just be efficient, just keep getting stronger.
This is the longest stretch of time that we've had in quite some time to actually prepare for a meet.
But that really opens up a lot of time for him.
You know, there's a couple adjustments we probably have to make on the bench press to make it undeniable because that's going to be a big weapon in our quest to a thousand plus kgs.
Um but yeah, I'm I'm super excited for I'm gonna anticipate that Keenan hits the world record total because I think you know, Anthony as a champion, he's expecting that from all of his competitors.
He's expecting the best out of everybody else.
And again, just as a fan, Keenan is one of
of my favorite lifters to watch.
So it is kind of bittersweet to say that we are kind of like I am personally handling against his downfall.
Um but again, it it's always a good time having him around at Sheffield and just at Meats.
Um so I think it's gonna be super exciting.
A hundred percent.
Yeah, I would say so, like, um again at the end of the day, like I know how Anthony is, like, regardless of what he says, there is going to be an element of nervousness, uh, that Keenan is going to show up and outperform him again.
The only thing you can do at this point is just, you know, for people like him, he's going to work harder because that's the only thing you can do.
This is an individual sport.
You have to do the right things when no one is looking and you have to do that all the time as a world champion.
So
So um again the the pre this is only Anthony's game to lose, but at the end of the day, like you have all the control, which is also something that's very reassuring.
So I'm very confident again I see an a different Anthony every single year and each version of him is just getting stronger and stronger each time.
