Because one, he handled adversity after that uh second attempt bench.

And two, he showed that he can hit the world record total even after a missed

Lift and you know, this is one of those examples.

God works in very mysterious ways.

Uh the number that he had to hit for his third attempt deadlift was the exact number that he missed at Sheffield.

So that's one of those things.

It's like he was presented with the opportunity.

He kept his composure.

Um and he just hit it.

He smoked it.

He had a lot more in the tank.

So again, I'm always proud of the version of Anthony that keeps progressing and showing up and I thought yesterday was a beautiful day.

Not difficult at all.

I think the temptation here is to change a lot of things up and do too much.

Right.

And at this, and we'll get into the injuries and everything later, but the biggest thing here was just to survive.

And I think going with what you know, we knew that a certain peak amounted into a 980-ish kg total at Sheffield.

We just needed to replicate that again.
