Tell us a little bit about your perspective, because I know you've been working on this with this proposal that's come out of OMB.
The needs of NOAA and the needs of NIH and the needs of HUD, Housing and Urban Development,
$50 million award to go deep into vector generation for next-gen cell therapy.
Something where we are frankly lagging behind different actors around the globe.
And new administration comes in and says, you know what?
We don't like the cell therapy stuff.
We want to look in a different direction.
We're going to cut this off.
But in the process of building that $50 million grant, one of the goals was to recruit the three best cell therapy scientists in the world to develop this at-home capability.
They're not going to move here.
They're not going to choose to do this because they're going to say political –
lack of clarity or instability means it's not really a $50 million grant.
