I think they've a good old solid chance.
But I think it's a big step forward for that young coaching to take it up there.
That's my opinion.
yeah he's all action and I think he's one of those guys when you play against him he'll absolutely murder you in a tackle and then pick you up off the ground and just be like oh alright mate you know like he just he's so honest and he just gets after it and he's such a cool player to watch and
And I think his impact on those younger players, showing that in terms of turning up, how physical he is on those edges, what he gives, I think that's... You can't underestimate the younger legacy that he's going to really leave within Ulster.
But, yeah, I was really disappointed to see because I just felt he's just one of those guys.
And there's no...
dirtiness in him or whatever but he'll really go he'll go as hard as he can into a contact be it attack or defence and then he just gets up and gets on with it yeah he's yeah it's disappointing for Ulster and I'd say for the fans but he's been it's been really cool to watch over the last couple of years yeah he has he's certainly a player that puts bums on seats and hopefully he gets a fitting send off this weekend in Bilbao Johnny I know you have to leave us now I think you've got a you've got a pedicure booked or something after the marathon the other day is it?
That's right, Johnny, to get my toenails drained, get all the blood drained out.
I'm going to enjoy that.
big weekend coming up for you all set for your your marathon for mnd on saturday afternoon is it uh yeah saturday morning uh so i started about half seven in the morning at a ellistown uh football club um and then head towards caldara newbridge college on to newbridge and then into nace so um yeah all good um kind of just making sure i get to the um
get to the start line really in one piece I'm not that tricky space where I'm trying to lose the last few pounds I can before carb loading the crap out of it so yeah so look there's loads of lads running loads of people running with me throughout the whole thing and then in the afternoon then Geordie Lewis himself Leon Lloyd and Mitch Reid are in in the afternoon so I get to spend an afternoon with them so looking forward to that as well
uh probably tonight i think uh or first thing tomorrow morning so kind of 48 hours beforehand so um yeah and then uh it's just making sure that kind of you take all the gels and all that kind of stuff and there's a load of stuff that goes into it that you don't even realize uh when you start it and i kind of found out the hard way between blisters on feet and all that kind of crap so um
But yeah, look, it'll be good fun.
There's loads of different people running at different stages.
So looking forward to it and just kind of get it done.
One and done, I say.
So just get out there, get running.
And the big thing is I won't be stopping at any stage.
So the guards helping me.
