Like I love you, man.
Like it and if I love you feels like if there's physical discomfort around saying that to the face that you're seeing looking back at you, what's up with that?
Like explore that.
Maybe you don't have to say I love you yet if it's too uncomfortable.
But that your relationship with yourself affects everything else.

And it doesn't have to be so deep right away of like, I love you, you're so meaningful to me.
