And I think that, again, you know,

I think never underestimate the power of fear and shame, you know?

And I think you can go from somebody who's very scared into somebody who is very scary.

And I think that that is just sort of the natural progression of things, unfortunately, so much of the time.

And then I think you also then have a potential to go to the next place, which is, you know, you can start using that...

you can come to a place where you're comfortable and you're confident and you're open to all kinds of thoughts.

And there's,

you're not led by fear.

You're not led by shame.

You're really, you become curious.

And I do genuinely believe that's where I am now.

I'm really hungry and open and curious.

And I don't, I really try not to judge folks.

And I really do see that, you know, I've found wisdom and grace and beauty in folks that a lot of people would label as some of the scariest people out there.

I was blown away.

It was an out-of-body experience.

I had told this story before.

And I knew that it took that leap to sort of jump into something.

It never dawned on me that it even mattered whether it was true or not.

In that room, I knew my back was against the wall.
