Um I I mentioned California is is extremely restrictive but not not as restrictive as Oregon.

Um how about in your state of Indiana?

You mentioned uh Does Indiana have um

Res uh restrictions around restrictive covenants.

Uh I know in in states like uh California that that we mentioned earlier.

You can't have these restrictive covenants.

It's and those are part and parcel, right, of corporate practice because the management service organizations are sort of helping to enforce those.

Are those permitted in Indiana?

Um you meant with the states that are nearby, are they taking similar approaches to corporate practice?

Um our our state um

Theoretically does not have corporate practice, however, um

There have been some um

Diff different uh interpretations of that, let's say in Virginia.

Um for example, uh the Attorney General's office has opined that we do not have corporate practice.

However, they also have stated that you cannot um take control of medical practices if you employ a physician.

So it's important according to the um recent Attorney General opinions.
